If you would like to make paying your bills easier we have several options for you!
We’ll average your annual usage and divide it into 10 equal payments. Then it’s simply a matter of sending in your payment by the 10th of every month from August to May.
If there’s a balance due in the spring, you can simply increase your last few payments to get caught up, or pay the difference in June. If you use less gas than your average usage, your account will show a credit, which can be applied to a future invoice.
This plan can help save money too. When you make payments on time, no finance charges will be assessed. Along with our commitment to making sure you always have propane when you need it, you will have the convenience of level monthly payments over the winter when your usage is at its highest.
We calculate your 10 equal payments just like we do for an Equal Payment Plan, but with this option you don’t have to worry about sending in your payments. Instead, we will automatically process your monthly payment for you! Simply enroll with a checking account or credit card and we will take care of the rest.
In June and July we will AutoPay the amount due on your account. If you have a zero balance no payment will be processed. If you have a credit balance then that credit will be used to reduce your monthly payment for the next budget season.
If you prefer to pay each invoice as you are billed, but are tired of sending payments manually you can enroll in AutoPay Balance. Then we will automatically deduct your account balance on the 10th of each month using a checking account or credit card. If you have a zero balance no payment will be processed.
