Payment Options
If you would like to make paying your gas bills easier, our Equal Payment Plan is the answer!

Here’s how it works: We will average your annual usage and divide it into 10 equal payments. We’ll send you a coupon book that you may use as a reminder for your payments. Then it’s simply a matter of sending in your payment by the 10th of every month. If there’s a balance due in the spring, you can simply increase your last few budget payments to get caught up, or pay the difference after the 10th month. If you use less gas than your average usage, your account will show a credit, which can be applied to future charges/bills.

Penn Valley’s Equal Payment Plan can help save money too. When you make payments on time, no finance charges will be assessed. Along with our commitment to making sure you always have propane when you need it, you will also have the convenience of equal payments over the winter when usage is at its highest.

For your convenience, we are pleased to offer an Automatic Payment Option from either your checking account or credit card. This means your equal monthly payment amount will be automatically deducted from your account on or around the 10th of each month.
